Step 1

Valuation

Receive an accurate valuation to find out how much rent your property could achieve. We are fully in the know about the current rental market prices.

Step 2

Marketing

To appeal to the right tenants we will make your property stands out with exceptional marketing materials including video tours, professional photographs and floor plans.

Step 3

Qualifying

After your property is live on our website and the major property platforms, we will fully qualify prospective tenants with background checks to give you peace of mind when you agree on a let.

Step 4

Paperwork

Once a let has been agreed we will ensure references are collected, all legal paperwork is completed and required checks are made so you have complete peace of mind.

Step 5

Move in

Tenants will collect the keys from our office and we will provide ongoing help and guidance with any aspects of lettings, including maintenance. We’re here to support both landlords and tenants at move in.

Step 6

Updates

We proactively make sure any updates on legislation are met, provide rent reviews and keep you updated regularly to provide a first-class landlord service you can rely on.
