Newly appointed Director with a keen interest in property from a very young age. Junaid started within the industry at the age of 16 having dealt with Sales & Lettings. He has an enthusiastic approach to dealing with all things property and currently under his mum’s wing, Moharram. He is excited about being involved in helping with Jaks & Co’s visions of bringing a new and a modern approach to the industry.

Over 15 year’s experience within the property industry, Moharram decided to open her new Estate Agent to give clients a fresh approach to working within the industry. Her knowledge and experience includes working within Residential Sales, Lettings, Property Management & Investment & New Developments within the Manchester/Cheshire Markets. A Born and bred Mancunian, Moharram is able to demonstrate her knowledge and is a true working bee.
